    Thanks for visiting my blog and for your comments man. I do do a lot of cardio. Some say that I do to much. I just enjoy it and if I enjoy it I am more apt to stick with it. I do some interval training when I can. it all depends on how my knees feel, since I do have some arthritis in my left knee that cause some pain if I over do it on the intervals. Plus with my triathlon coming up in April I don't want to do anything that will jeopardize that.
